29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  (a) Lauritsen Entry Control Point Sentry Post on the vehicle entry side: The employer did not ensure that the storage of two propane cylinders was adequate.  The cylinders were located on the employee pathway and near vehicle entry access point at the guard post and the cylinders were not secured while they were stored. Employees were exposed to fire, burns, inhalation and explosion hazard(s).   (b) Propulsion Lab Entry Control Point Post 6 on the vehicle entry side: The employer did not ensure that the storage of one propane cylinders was adequate.  The cylinder was located by an employee pathway and near vehicle entry access point at the guard post and the cylinders were not secured while they were stored.  Employees were exposed to fire, burns, inhalation and explosion hazard(s).

Sentry Post 6, Propulsion Lab Entry Control Point: The employer did not ensure employees were instructed not to enter  building 11020 following the red danger unsafe placard posted on the window.  Building 11020 was determined to be unsafe due to structural damage. Employees were exposed to the risk of lacerations, contusions, hospitalization and/or death.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  Building Electrical Panel Closet: Employer permitted materials to be directly stored in front of the electrical panel.  This condition prevented access and  immediate shutdown of a circuit to the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency.  This condition exposed employees to an electrical and/or fire hazard.
