On 12/4/19, at the Cornelia facility, the employer did not implement a written hazard communication program that included a master list of chemicals or the Global Harmonization System training as prescribed by the standard. Employees use chemicals including compressed oxygen and acetylene, liquified petroleum gas (LPG), and lubricant oils.
