29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a. On a commercial roof; employees working at elevations of six feet or more above the lower level are not being protected from fall hazards using fall protection systems: The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on December 3, 2019, when employees performing roofing work on the steep roof of a 7-story commercial hotel, with a 6/12 pitch, located at 12001 Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, are not protected from a 84-foot fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection systems.    Modern Construction Experts, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1415030, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 11, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 13700 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida 32407.    Modern Construction Experts, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378213, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 8, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 12627 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32407.
