29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) At Extrusion Press #3: On or about December 2, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to hazards not limited to amputation, in that the employer did not ensure that employees utilized procedures for the control of hazardous-energy while engaged in maintenance-related activities such as cleaning the photo sensors and removing debris from inside the finishing saw enclosure.
