(a)  YKK AP America Inc., 1229 Highway 144 Bypass, Dublin, Georgia; in the Waste Water Building, on or about June 6, 2023 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that structural supports associated with the second floor walkway were corroded and the employer had not determined if the corrosion had impacted the integrity of the supports or prevented employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard was corrected.
