29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: On or about 12/10/2019 and at times prior, at 16611 Sunset Drive, Weston, Florida, an employee cutting concrete pavers with a demolition saw did not have safety glasses exposing him to injuries from flying particles.
