On or about December 10th, 2019, at jobsite located at 16611 Sunset Drive Weston, FL 33326, the employer did not develop and implement engineering controls for employees holding a water hose instead of integrating a water connected directly to the saw as required in Table 1 while employees were paving driveways with material that contained up to five (5%) percent silica quartz.
