29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: Range 1 Flock Room: On or about 12/10/19, an employee was exposed to fire and burn hazards from an explosion and the employee not protected by flame-resistant clothing. Spectro Coating Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.132(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1274754, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/21/18, with respect to a workplace located at 101 Scott Dr, Leominster MA.
