Northeast Corner of Churn Room (Floor Level) - On or about December 10, 2019, the P2 overflow tank was located in front of the exit discharge which potentially exposed employees to fire and chemical hazards in the event of a release. b. Northeast Corner of Churn Room (Mezzanine Level) - On or about December 10, 2019, the P2 overflow tank was located below the exit discharge which potentially exposed employees to fire and chemical hazards in the event of a release.
