29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: Shop floor, spray paint booth area: On or about December 10, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees handling and working with chemicals such as, but not limited to, methyl ethyl ketone and VM&P naphtha, were not provided current information reflecting the hazards associated with using the chemicals.
