29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: a) On or about 12/04/2019, at the loading/unloading dock area, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from improperly secured rubber mat cylinders/rolls inside trailers weighing between 450 and 550 pounds each. Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1145025, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/26/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 148 Boston Post Road, Orange , CT 06477.
