29 CFR 1926.59: An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication:  On or about December 10th, 2019, at 16562 Botaniko Dr. Weston, FL 33326, the employer did not develop, implement and/or maintain at the workplace written hazard communication program to include safety data sheets (SDS), for hazardous chemicals used including, but not limited to, Titan Stucco Cement a corrosive (with a pH of >11.5) that was used by employees on-site.
