29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling:     On or about December 12, 2019, employees working in the back room were exposed to fall hazards and the employer did not ensure fall protection was used while:    a. employees retrieved boxes and decorations from the tops of walk-in coolers and freezers.  Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 8 feet off the ground.    b. employees climbed the bracing on the storage racks to retrieve products that were out of reach.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of over four feet off the ground.
