29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:  On or about December 13, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazards of being struck-by falling materials and/or being crushed-by falling or collapsing storage racks due to damaged horizontal leg supports;      a)  Pallets of material stored in tiers along the warehouse floors were observed not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding and collapse, and   b)  Severe damage was observed on aisle QQ (QQ-145-147-D) where an overhead storage rack had a broken off leg support, and  c)  Throughout the racking system, vertical and horizontal supports were struck by forklifts and were not identified and a risk assessment/classification conducted for corrective actions.
