29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade of radial saw(s) were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the material being cut.  (a)  On or about December 18, 2019, employees were exposed to laceration/cutting hazard, and amputation injury while working on and around the Delta-Rockwell Radial Arm Saw "Crosscut Saw" (Model #50-C and Serial #DJ-4389).  The employer did not ensure the lower portion of the radial arm saw blade was properly guarded.    (b)  On or about December 18, 2019, employees were exposed to laceration/cutting hazard, and amputation injury while working on and around the Delta-Rockwell Radial Arm Saw "Crosscut Saw" (Model #50-C and Serial #DM-7476). The employer did not ensure the lower portion of the radial arm saw blade was properly guarded.
