29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: a. All American Pharmaceutical 2376 Main Street, Billings, MT 59105: On or about December 18, 2019, and at times prior, employees ere exposed to chemical hazards while working with and around bulk powders used in the manufacturing of dietary supplements. The employer required the employees to wear 3M 8511 and 3M 7502 elastomeric tight fitting respirators (half mask) without providing annual fit test.
