OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each employee employment and a place of employment which was free from the recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling pipe. On or about December 30, 2019, outside of the Casing Building, employees rolling pipes on a railing system were exposed to the hazard of struck-by in the event a pipe(s) unexpectedly fall off the rails.
