29 CFR 1910.132(e): The employer did not ensure that employees were using personal protective equipment in the workplace free from defects or damage. Toledo Molding and Die, Inc., on or about January 2, 2020, at the address of 1441 N. Maule Rd. Tiffin, OH: The employer did not ensure that protective gloves used by employees operating the TSM 12 Tiffin Screw Machine, Model #MSE1918, were free from damage and/or removed from service. An Employee wearing gloves with cut and frayed fingers while operating the screw machine, was exposed to caught in hazard.
