Maule Rd. Tiffin, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were provided with and utilized a safe means of travel while accessing/egressing to and from the operational cabinet of Press 317. Employee(s) climbing atop the machine's tie bars to perform maintenance and programing duties without the benefit of having safe access/egress or alternative working surface, were exposed to falls of approximately 62 inches to the level below.
