29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(1): The equipment was not inspected at least every 12 months by a qualified person in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section. a) New residential construction located on Lot #324, Front side of structure: On or about 01/08/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while installing trusses, in that the employer is not performing annual inspections of the crane by a competent person and did not inspect the crane and related equipment for deficiencies prior to the start of operations on site. No annual inspection was performed on the 2009 Manitex 2892C truck mounted crane.
