29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated: On or about 05/19/2021, the employer failed to certify3 to OSHA that the following hazards have been abated. a) New residential construction located on Lot #364 at 206 Randall Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269, Front side of structure: On or about 01/19/2021, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while installing roof trusses, in that the crane operator was not certified, trained, or licensed to operate the Manitex 2892C Hydraulic Boom Crane. b) New residential construction located on Lot #364 at 206 Randall Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269, Front side of structure: On or about 01/19/2021, the employer failed to provide the crane operator with the crane's operator manual, load charts, and special instructions and warning materials inside the cab of the mobile crane used to set trusses. This information was not available upon request during the inspection.
