29 CFR 1926.351(b)(2): Cable not free from repair or splices for a minimum distance of 10 feet from the cable end to which the electrode holder is connected were used: 103 Gilmore Rd., Sutton, MA: On or about January 8, 2020, an employee was observed welding with cables that had numerous repairs (with electrical tape) in the first 10 feet from the electrode. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
