29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. An employee was conducting steel erection activities without proper fall protection. Vital Steel Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1354904, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 9230 Charger Way, Fulshear, TX 77441.
