29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): 64 @ The Riv: Employees were pouring concrete for the residential patio. Employees were using concrete mix, which contained Portland Cement, without a safety data sheet maintained at the worksite. Employees were exposed to skin irritants. Venezia Concrete was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1422054, citation number 1, item number 1B and was affirmed as a final order on November 26, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2001 N Indian Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, California 92262.
