29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: 1) On January 13, 2020, employees were exposed to explosion and fire hazards created by explosive dust which was allowed to accumulate in excess of 1/32 inch on electrical outlets and on and around equipment in the bagging department. IDAHO PACIFIC COLORADO CORPORATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1364830, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 18, 2019, WITH RESPECT OT A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 11501 N.
