OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employee(s) in that employee(s) were exposed to pinch and struck-by hazards:  On January 10, 2020 and prior to, employees were exposed to pinch hazards in the shipping and receiving department, because of disrepair to the eight dock levelers which required manual assist lifting of the lip extension so that forklifts could drive onto trailers/containers.    Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
