29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of a workroom was not maintained in a clean condition. a) On or about January 14, 2020 in the Pallet Making Area, the employee were utilizing a Dewalt DW 713 10" Compound Mitre Saw (#258962) to cut wooden planks for wooden pallets allowing a build-up of combustible saw dust. b) On or about January 14, 2020 in the Banding Area, employees were utilizing an electrical outlet with an accumulation of combustible saw-dust. c) On or about January 14, 2020 in the Fabrication Welding Area, employees were utilizing a sanding belt machine to smooth out burrs and/or rough spots on aluminum products where an accumulation of aluminum dust was building up.
