Worksite located at 413 NW Springwood Dr, Blue Springs, Missouri- Employees were working on a steep residential roof with a skylight that and were not protected from tripping and/or falling through the skylight by use of any means of fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems around skylight. This was documented on or about 01/15/2020.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:     Worksite located at 413 NW Springwood Dr, Blue Springs, Missouri- Employees were exposed to an eye impact hazard in that the employees were using pneumatic nail guns and other tools that could cause employees to be injured due to eye impact and were not wearing eye protection. This was documented on or about 01/15/2020.    Augustin Nunez-Garcia Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1361479, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/18/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1311 S Ash Ave, Independence, MO.
