29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about January 15, 2020, employees were exposed to struck by hazard while performing roofing activity on a residential home located at 5151 Venezia Lane, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039. The employees were using air powered nail guns and the employer did not ensure that they were eye protection.

The employees were working on all areas of the roof and the employer did not ensure that they were using fall protection.
