On or about January 13, 2020 and at times prior employees were exposed to physical and electrical hazards due to the Rule Steel Tank's failure to ensure that sufficient access and working space was provided in front of electric panel to permit safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. Note) Abatement Certification IS Required

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(vi)(B): A three foot minimum clearance per Table S-1 (Minimum Depth of Clear Working Space at Electric Equipment, 600 V or Less) was not maintained for working spaces about service equipment, switchboards, panel boards, or motor control centers. a) Location: Plant #3 Warehouse Camber Bending Machine and supplying electrical disconnect power source. On or about January 13, 2020, and at times prior employees worked and conducted maintenance to the Camber Bending Machine and nearby power source electrical disconnect box at a clearance working distance of approximately 27 inches. Note) Abatement Certification IS Required.
