29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(vi): The correct procedures for the handling and storage of equipment and materials and the erection of overhead protection was not conducted: On or about 1/12/2020 employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 40 feet while performing decking activities on a new commercial building located at 12891 Main Market, Hiram, Ohio 44234. The employees were performing leading edge decking installation and the employer did not ensure that the employees were trained to recognize the fall hazard of using Falcon MP50SS retractable lifelines that were not leading edge compliant.
