29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about January 21, 2020, the employer, Garnica, LLC., did not ensure each employee working above 6 feet on a residential home were protected from fall hazards. Six (6) employees were found with no fall protection systems in place at heights of 12 feet on the first tier and greater than 25 feet on the second tier of the home located at 1435 Sidewinder Circle in Castle Rock, CO.
