29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about January 21, 2020, and at times prior PrimeStar PS, as the controlling employer, did not ensure AG Roofing, subcontractor, protected their employees from fall hazards while working on a residential home conducting re-roofing construction at 1775 Ghost Dance Circle in Castle Rock, CO. This exposed employees of the subcontractor to falls from heights of 10.1 feet on the first tier and 19 feet on the second tier of the home. PrimeStar PS, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1338189, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/25/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2007 Infinity Circle, Units 141-152, Golden CO 80401.
