29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. (a) On or about September 1, 2020, the General Contracting employer, Primestar Ps, Inc., did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of material and jobsite to ensure sub-contracted employees of AG Roofing, LLC, had fall protection systems and personal protective equipment to conduct re-roofing construction at 563 Tippen Place, Castle Rock, CO 80204. This exposed the sub-contracted employees to hazards on the jobsite.
