29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer as referenced in 29 CFR 1926.103 On or about 1/29/2020, at 1400 SW 165 Ave Wellington, FL 33428 jobsite, the employer did not provide employees wearing a filtering face-piece respirator with the information contained in the Appendix D of the respirator standard.
