29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  On or about January 18, 2020, and times prior thereto, the employer did not conduct frequent and periodic inspections to ensure that any laborer, worker employed in the performance of the contract to work in the surroundings or under working conditions which were unsatisfactory, hazardous or dangerous to the employee's health and safety where employees performing roofing activities were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. to the concrete below.

On or about January 18, 2020, and times prior thereto, an employee engaged in roofing activities without fall protection was exposed to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the concrete below.
