29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. (a) On or about February 13, 2024, and at times prior, the employer, Jack's Roofing, LLC dba Reclamation Roofing, did not ensure its subcontracted employees, were protected from construction hazards such as but not limited to fall hazards, struck-by hazards and eye hazard by maintaining a safety program of the jobsite that would provide frequent and regular inspections and would have identified the need for fall protection, hard hats and safety glasses when conducting re-roofing operations on a single-family residential home.
