29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about January 20, 2020, on the rooftop of the Government Building connected to Building 104, an employee was exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards to the same level surface due to accumulated whole grains discharged onto the working surface and egress route.
