29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii): Powered industrial truck(s), with the operator dismounted and within 25 feet of the truck still in his view, did not have the load engaging means not fully lowered: At 704 W. Park Road, Union, Missouri, specifically inside of the Extrusion Department, the steel frame being welded was supported by the forks belonging to the Yale Fork Lift, m/n GLC050VXNVSE083, s/n A910V17651J. The steel frame was approximately four feet above the concrete floor. The operator had dismounted. The welder was standing in between the left fork and the outer portion of the frame. This violation was noted on 02/03/20.
