NORTEK POWDER COATING LLC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 29 CFR 1904.29(a)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1394828, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 4/23/2019, AND AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 5/17/2019 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5900 SUCCESS DRIVE, ROME, NY, 13440.
