29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about January 21, 2020, and at times prior, the employer, AG Roofing, LLC, did not ensure workers conducting re-roofing construction on the residential home were protected from fall hazards of 10.1 feet on the first tier of the home and 19 feet on the second tier of the home located at 1775 Ghost Dance Circle, Castle Rock, Co 80108. AG Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1340747, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5007 Mt. Osage Street, Fredrick, CO 80504.
