29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii): Employees were not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section during testing or positioning of machines, equipment or components thereof. Location: 25 Copeland Drive, Ayer, MA - Loading dock On or about 01/09/2020, an employee diagnosing a hydraulic steering leak on a Tennant Company, model #T20-6103 floor scrubbing machine while the machine was powered on and no control over the machine's energy sources was exposed to crush-by and struck-by hazards.
