29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- 205 Skyler Court, Tabernacle NJ: A worker, not using fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 22 feet to the ground surface below when performing framing and other related activities while working and walking on the top of a residential structure's unsheathed, pitched, roof trusses. Condition observed on or about 01/30/20.   Platinum Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442599, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/08/20, with respect to a workplace located at 3080 Muirfield Road, Center Valley PA.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
