Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system alone: a) On or about 01/29/20, at a 2-story house located at 118 Homer Ave., Buffalo, NY: One employee doing roofing work on the low slope porch roof at the front of the house was exposed to a fall of approx. 10 ft. because no fall protection system was utilized. The pitch of the roof was approx. 4 in 12. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

The pitch of the roof was approx. 12 in 12. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
