29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: a) On February 3, 2020, employees engaged in masonry work were not protected from the hazards of falling approximately 13.5 feet to the ground while working from a tubular welded frame scaffold platform. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
