29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite: (a) Menards, 1st floor - ON or about 1/30/2020, the employer did not provide a fire extinguisher within 50 feet of where approximately 15 gallons of flammable liquids were in use, exposing employees to fire hazards.
