29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(3)(i): The building and facility owner did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and/or Potentially Asbestos Containing Material (PACM) at the worksite: (a) Thrift Store: On or about February 5, 2020 the employer/building owner had not determined the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or Potentially Asbestos Containing Material (PACM) in the facility in that the mastic attached to the bottom of broken floor tile in the employee break room and the sales floor contained 2% and 8% chrysotile asbestos.

29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(7)(iv): The employer did not provide, at no cost to employees who perform housekeeping operations in an area which contains presumed asbestos-containing material (PACM) and/or other asbestos-containing material (ACM), an asbestos awareness training course: (a) Thrift Store: On or about February 5, 2020 the employer had not provided an asbestos awareness training course for employees that do housekeeping duties in the building where the mastic underneath broken floor tile in the employee break room and the sales floor contain between 2% and 8% chrysotile asbestos.
