29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4-feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall protection system: On or about February 5, 2020, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet, while unloading construction material including ceiling tiles through a window opening, and suitable fall protection was not being used.
