29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: A) On or about November 15, 2019, at the Samph Residence Project located in Fort Myers, Florida, an employee suffered work-related injuries that resulted in bone fractures that required hospitalization. The employer was aware of the hospitalization on November 18, 2019 following the incident and did not reported to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.
