29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about January 18, 2022, at a job site located at 2133 SW Medlock Ave, Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34987; Four employees were exposed to an 8-foot fall hazard to ground level while installing shingles on a roof with a 6/12 pitch of a new residential construction and not using any conventional fall protection. The Cardinal Roofing & Siding Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1418308, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3182 SW Dimattia, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, 34953,
